Every piece of Emmrelle jewellery begins long before it reaches your hands. It starts with carefully vetting my suppliers, ensuring they share my values of integrity, quality, and ethical sourcing. I work only with trusted partners who provide genuine, oyster-made pearls and 14k Gold Filled and 925 Sterling Silver chains, settings and pendants, so I can be confident in the beauty and longevity of every piece I create.

When materials arrive, I inspect them individually, checking for luster, shape, and surface quality in each pearl, and testing the metal for strength. I don’t rush this step because I believe that quality begins with what you can’t always see at first glance.

With high-precision pliers, cutters, and specialty tools, I then begin the slow, careful process of crafting. Each connection, wrap, and detail is done by hand at my home studio, where I work to create pieces that feel effortless to wear but are deeply intentional in design. It’s not just about making jewellery, it’s about making something meaningful, durable, and full of character.

Once a piece is complete, I prepare it for its new home. I polish it gently, tuck it into Emmrelle’s branded packaging, add a jewellery care cloth, and include a thank-you card with a little surprise. What’s Not Covered

Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper care or cleaning
• Accidental damage (e.g., drops, thugs or impact)
• Loss or theft
• Repairs or alterations done by someone other than Emmrelle Jewellery
• Misuse, including exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme conditions

How to Make a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at faulty@emmrelle.com within 12 months of your purchase, including:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the item for assessment

We’ll review your claim promptly and get back to you with next steps.

What Happens Next

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will offer you:

Handcrafting & Dispatch Times

Every Emmrelle piece is made to order and crafted by hand in the UK. Your order will be handcrafted and dispatched within 5 working days of being placed.

For urgent orders, please add Priority Processing to your order at checkout. Your order jumps to the front of the queue. It is prepared with care and dispatched the next working day when ordered by 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm (with Priority Processing added) will be dispatched no later than the following working day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping starts from FREE for UK orders, £10-£15 to the EU and internationally (free over £250), with faster tracked and express options available at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties

Shipping Protection

Want peace of mind? Add Shipping Protection to your order for cover in case of damage, loss, or theft. If anything goes wrong, we'll handle the dispute with the shipping company on your behalf, and replace your order at no extra cost.

Without Shipping Protection Insurance bought, Emmrelle is not responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed, or missing parcels sent internationally. Once parcels are handed over to the courier in the recipient's country, we no longer have control over, or responsibility for, the delivery process.

UK Addresses: Emmrelle is not responsible for deliveries made to a PO Box or forwarding address provided by the customer. We are also not liable for incorrect addresses entered by customers. We ensure that your package is delivered to the correct address provided during checkout, but we are not responsible for the security of the package once delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Details

If you've entered the wrong shipping details at checkout, please send us an email at contact@emmrelle.com with the needed correction as soon as possible and we are happy to support.

Unclaimed Parcels

Because every Emmrelle piece is made to order and individually handcrafted, returned items have to be carefully taken apart and the components restocked before they can be used again. Please keep an eye on your tracking link and respond promptly to any notifications from the courier or your local customs office to avoid your parcel being returned to us.

If your parcel does come back to us as unclaimed, we'll get in touch and you can choose one of two options:

• Re-ship the order: we'll send it out again once you've covered the cost of a new shipping label.
• Refund the order: we'll refund the value of the items, less the fees outlined below.

If we don't hear back from you within 14 days of the parcel being returned, we'll assume you'd like a refund and process it on the terms below.

For UK unclaimed parcels: the refund will be issued less the original shipping fee (where applicable) and a restocking fee of 20% of the item subtotal (minimum £10) to cover the cost of disassembling the piece(s) and restocking the components.

For international unclaimed parcels: the refund will be issued less the original shipping fee, a restocking fee of 20% of the item subtotal (minimum £10) to cover the cost of disassembling the piece(s) and restocking the components, and any return shipping charges billed to us by the courier.

Returns & Exchanges

Your new jewellery is handcrafted, packaged and ready for shipping within 3 Working Days from order placement.

Typically, on the first day we collect the necessary components for the ordered pieces and start handcrafting.

On Day 2 we do quality control: testing for weak joints, checking for glue marks and scratches, making sure your jewellery is in perfect shape.

Then, we carefully giftwrap and label it, ready for collection in the morning by the shipping company.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all items, except for earrings (due to hygiene reasons) and custom-made pieces.

• To Exchange an Item: Please email us at exchanges@emmrelle.com with your order number and a brief description of your request (e.g., “I’d like to exchange my large bracelet for a smaller size”). Our team will respond with further instructions.
• To Return an Item: Please email us at returns@emmrelle.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond with further instructions.
