  • To Exchange an Item: Please email us at exchanges@emmrelle.com with your order number and a brief description of your request (e.g., “I’d like to exchange my large bracelet for a smaller size”). Our team will respond with further instructions.

 

  • To Return an Item: Please email us at returns@emmrelle.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond with further instructions. 
    • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process the refund within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Please note that shipping fees are under the customer's responsibility for returns and exchanges unless in case of a faulty item as per our 12-Month Quality Guarantee.

  • For Faulty Items: We apologize if you received a faulty item! To resolve this, please send the description of the issue and a photo of the item to faulty@emmrelle.com, and a member of our team will assist you promptly. Please find more information in our Quality Guarantee.
