Promotions Policy
We love treating our customers with exclusive offers from time to time, whether it's a discount, a free gift, or something special just for you.
Please note the following terms apply to all Emmrelle promotions, unless stated otherwise.
Policy Updates
Promotions, offers, and their terms may change or end at any time without prior notice, as we reserve the right to adjust or withdraw them when deemed necessary.
Discounts & Partial Returns
If your order qualified for a discount based on order value (e.g. Buy One, Get One Half Price or a spend threshold discount), and you choose to return part of your order:
- The discount will be recalculated based on the final value of the kept items.
- If the remaining value no longer qualifies for the original offer, the difference will be deducted from your refund.
Free Gifts
Some of our promotions include complimentary gifts when your order meets a certain value. Here’s how they work:
- If your return brings your total below the qualifying threshold for the free gift, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund unless the gift is returned in unused condition.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. If earrings were given as a gift and the order no longer qualifies after a return, the full retail value of the earrings will be deducted. Or, if the earrings were part of a sale or your order qualified for a discount via code or threshold offer, the discounted value will be deducted instead.
- If you’re unsure about your order or think you may return part of it, you are welcome to opt out of receiving the free gift at checkout, just delete it from your cart or let us know in the order notes.
