  • Standard UK: 2-4 working days – FREE
  • Express UK: 1-2 working days – £5.99
  • Standard EU: 4-6 working days – £9.99 (FREE for orders over £250)
  • Standard International: 5-10 working days – £11.99 (FREE for orders over £250)

Please note: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.

International Shipping Terms: Emmrelle is not responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed, or missing parcels sent internationally. Once parcels are handed over to the courier in the recipient's country, we no longer have control over, or responsibility for the delivery process. Customers are also responsible for any additional fees, taxes, or duties associated with international orders.

UK Addresses: Emmrelle is not responsible for deliveries made to a PO Box or forwarding address provided by the customer. We are also not liable for incorrect addresses entered by customers. We ensure that your package is delivered to the correct building at the address provided during checkout, but we are not responsible for the security of the package once delivered. As long as the parcel is delivered to the correct building as per the GPS location, our delivery obligations are considered fulfilled.

In case of incorrect shipping details introduced at checkout, please send us an email at contact@emmrelle.com with the needed correction and we are happy to support. 

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all items, except for earrings and custom-made pieces.

  • To Exchange an Item: Please email us at exchanges@emmrelle.com with your order number and a brief description of your request (e.g., “I’d like to exchange my large bracelet for a smaller size”). Our team will respond with further instructions.
  • To Return an Item: Please email us at returns@emmrelle.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond with further instructions. 
    • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process the refund within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Please note that shipping fees are under the customer's responsibility for returns and exchanges unless in case of a faulty item as per our Quality Guarantee.

  • For Faulty Items: We apologize if you received a faulty item! To resolve this, please send the description of the issue and a photo of the item to faulty@emmrelle.com, and a member of our team will assist you promptly. Please find more information in our Quality Guarantee
