To United Kingdom Addresses: 

  • Standard Tracked: Delivery in 2-4 Working Days after dispatch - FREE
  • Priority Tracked: Delivery in 1-2 working days after dispatch - £4.50
  • Next Day Delivery by 1pm - £9.50 

To European Union Addresses:

  • Standard International Tracked: Delivery in 4-6 working days after dispatch - £9.99 (FREE for orders over £250)
  • Express International: Delivery within 2-3 Working Days after dispatch - £32

To International Addresses (Outside of UK & EU) :

  • Standard International Tracked: Delivery in 5-10 working days - £13 (FREE for orders over £250)
  • Express International: Delivery in 1-3 Working Days after dispatch - via FedEx - £32

For urgent orders, please add Priority Processing to cart. We’ll make sure your order is prioritized for dispatch on the next working day.

Please note: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.

Want peace of mind? Add Shipping Protection to your card to cover your order in case of damage, loss, or theft. If anything goes wrong, we’ll handle the dispute with the shipping company on your behalf, and replace your order at no extra cost.

International Shipping Terms: Without Shipping Protection Insurance bought, Emmrelle is not responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed, or missing parcels sent internationally. Once parcels are handed over to the courier in the recipient's country, we no longer have control over, or responsibility for the delivery process. 

UK Addresses: Emmrelle is not responsible for deliveries made to a PO Box or forwarding address provided by the customer. We are also not liable for incorrect addresses entered by customers. We ensure that your package is delivered to the correct address provided during checkout, but we are not responsible for the security of the package once delivered. As long as the parcel is delivered to the correct building as per the GPS location, our delivery obligations are considered fulfilled.
