We stand by our pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right, including free repairs and shipping both ways, within the UK.

2. What’s Not Covered

Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper care or cleaning
  • Accidental damage (e.g., drops or impact)
  • Loss or theft
  • Repairs or alterations done by someone other than Emmrelle Jewellery
  • Misuse, including exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme conditions

3. How to Make a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at faulty@emmrelle.com within 12 months of your purchase, including:

  • Photos of the item (if requested for assessment)

Please note that for international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
