Emmrelle Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Emmrelle Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated by Emmrelle Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By joining the Program, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
  • Currently, we accept affiliates based in the United Kingdom only.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Content & Promotion

As an Emmrelle affiliate, you agree to:

  • Authentic Promotion: Promote Emmrelle products with honesty and authenticity, reflecting our brand values of timeless elegance, self-worth, femininity, and craftsmanship.
  • Content Creation: You are encouraged to create original content in your own voice and style that resonates with your audience. Please ensure that any product information you share (such as materials, pricing, or product features) is accurate and up to date.
  • Brand Assets Usage: You may use Emmrelle brand assets (including logos, images, and approved copy) from our media kit or other approved sources (emmrelle.com or emmrelle social media channels). You are also welcome to produce your own visuals and captions, provided they align with Emmrelle’s brand image and values. If uncertain, you can submit content for our review and approval prior to publishing.
  • Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform-specific rules, including proper disclosure of your affiliate relationship with Emmrelle (e.g., using #ad or #affiliate as required).
  • Prohibited Practices: Avoid deceptive marketing tactics, false claims, or any activity that could harm Emmrelle’s reputation. This includes but is not limited to promoting on inappropriate websites, using unauthorized coupons, or incentivizing clicks beyond the approved affiliate commission structure.
  • Respectful Representation: Do not engage in any content or behavior that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory in nature when representing Emmrelle.
  • Right to Review: Emmrelle reserves the right to request edits or removal of any promotional material that misrepresents the brand or is inconsistent with our values and image. Continued partnership is contingent on adherence to these guidelines.

3. Commissions

Structure

Affiliates earn 10% commission on the total value of each sale (excluding shipping, discounts, or VAT) made through their unique affiliate link.

Referral Tracking

We use GoAffPro to track referrals via cookies. Cookies are valid for 30 days. If a customer purchases after 30 days or through another affiliate’s link, the sale will not be attributed to you.

Payouts

  • Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal, within the first 14 business days of the following month.
  • A minimum balance of £10 is required to receive payout.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes on commissions received.

4. Discount Codes

  • Affiliates will receive a unique 15% off discount code for their followers.
  • You may not promote other Emmrelle discount codes or stack them with your own.

5. Free Gifting

  • From time to time, we may offer gifted jewellery to select affiliates based on engagement and brand alignment.
  • All gifted products remain the intellectual property of Emmrelle. We reserve the right to request content or takedown of misaligned promotions at any time.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Use PPC bidding on “Emmrelle” or misspellings
  • Create fake accounts or impersonate the brand
  • Offer cashbacks or incentives beyond your issued discount code
  • Post on coupon or deal websites
  • Promote Emmrelle in a way that damages our brand or misrepresents our products

Violation of these terms will result in termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.

7. Intellectual Property

All Emmrelle content, including images, product names, and brand materials, remains the sole property of Emmrelle Jewellery. Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable license to use these materials for the purpose of Program promotion only.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:

  • You must stop using all Emmrelle brand assets
  • Unpaid, valid commissions earned before termination will still be paid

We may remove you immediately and without notice if you breach these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or reputational harm, related to your participation in the Program. We make no guarantees regarding earnings.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
